Night Carer – Elderly Female (Home-Based) – Salisbury
Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire
Pay: 12.50-13 p/h
Hours: 3–4 nights per week (ongoing)
Accommodation: Provided during working nights
Job Type: Ongoing / Regular Nights
🩺 About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Night Carer to support an elderly female client in her own home in Salisbury.
You’ll provide personal care, reassurance, and night-time supervision, ensuring safety, comfort, and peace of mind throughout the night.
This is a regular ongoing role, working blocks of 3–4 nights each week, with accommodation provided during your shifts.
🌙 Main Duties
*
Provide personal care and assistance during the night (as required)
*
Support mobility, toileting, and repositioning to maintain comfort and dignity
*
Monitor the client’s wellbeing and respond promptly to any needs
*
Prepare light refreshments or drinks during the night if requested
*
Maintain accurate overnight records and report any changes or concerns
*
Ensure the home remains safe, secure, and peaceful throughout your shift
💗 About You
*
Previous experience as a Night Carer / Support Worker / Live-in Carer preferred
*
Kind, patient, and empathetic, with a calm and reassuring manner
*
Confident supporting older adults with personal care needs
*
Able to work independently and maintain professionalism overnight
*
Must have good communication and record-keeping skills
*
Female due to clients needs
