Night Care/Support Workers – Guildford, Surrey
£13.35 per hour + £1.00 per hour overtime
Full-time or Part-time | 19:30 – 08:00 shifts

Join our elegant, homely, family-run residential dementia care home nestled in the beautiful Surrey countryside. We’re dedicated to providing comfort, dignity, and joy for our elderly residents, and we’re looking for kind-hearted Night Care/Support Workers to join our friendly team in Guildford.
What Night Care/Support Workers Do
As a Night Carer, you’ll bring warmth and reassurance while others sleep. Your night will include:
Providing personal care and hygiene support
Assisting with mobility and comfort
Offering companionship and reassurance
Supporting with light household tasks
Preparing simple meals and helping with feeding
Encouraging gentle night-time wellbeing activities
You’ll be at the heart of what makes our home feel like family.
We Offer Night Care/Support Workers
£13.35 per hour + £1.00 overtime premium
Free DBS check and uniform
Regular paid training – including Induction & NVQs
Supportive management and a close-knit, family atmosphere
Flexible shifts and the chance to make a genuine difference every night
⚕️ About You
You’ll need at least 1 year’s experience in care, whether as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant, and a genuine passion for helping others live with dignity and compassion.
