Position: Night Concierge
Location: Bermondsey Square London – SE1
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off (Apply online only)
Salary: £27,500 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Development Details:
This role will be situated at a prestigious residential development consisting of 450 luxury apartments spread out over 6 blocks near London Bridge and very accessible from Bermondsey tube station, as well as Elephant & Castle on public transport. The development benefits from a private gated car park and state of the art gym.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
