Night Concierge Permanent Circa £ 30,000 pa | Full-Time West London
4 on, 4 off | 42 hours/week
About the Role
We're looking for a dedicated Night Concierge to deliver exceptional front-of-house service at a residential development. You'll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment during night hours.
This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive, customer-focused individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards and supporting the wider operations team.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service and act as a professional front-of-house representative
* Respond to resident queries and concerns with empathy and efficiency
* Manage opening/closing of amenities and ensure facilities are clean and functional
* Conduct health & safety checks and maintain accurate records
* Operate Bin Tug for waste management (UK driving licence required)
* Support asset, risk, and contract management routines
* Maintain external areas and ensure a tidy, welcoming environment

* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and handle night-time responsibilities
* UK driving licence (Category B)
* Comfortable using technology and managing amenity equipment
* Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to safety and cleanliness
