🕒 4 Nights per Week | 8pm–8am | Alternate Weekends
💷 £24.42 per hour + Paid Breaks | 48 Hours Weekly
Are you a confident, clinically strong nurse looking for a rewarding night role in a well-run, supportive environment?
We’re recruiting for a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join the night team at a 60-bed nursing home in St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex.
🏡 About the Home:
The home provides high-quality nursing and complex care in a modern, purpose-built facility. With a supportive clinical leadership team and an excellent reputation locally, the home offers a positive and stable environment for both staff and residents.
👩⚕️ The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering person-centred nursing care throughout the night shift, managing a wide range of clinical needs with professionalism and compassion.
Duties include:
*
Leading the night care team across 60 beds
*
Managing medications, clinical interventions, and wound care
*
Handling PEG feeds, catheters, and tracheostomy care
*
Completing documentation and handovers accurately
*
Ensuring the comfort, safety, and dignity of all residents overnight
✅ What We’re Looking For:
*
NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
*
Must be clinically confident with experience in PEGs, catheters, tracheostomies
*
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
*
Calm, resilient, and able to manage the night shift independently
*
Experience in a similar nursing home or complex care environment preferred
