Location: Norwich
Job Type: Temporary Part-Time – Night Shifts
Salary: £13-£14/h
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established hotel client for an experienced and reliable Night Porter to join their night operations team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and can ensure the safety and smooth running of a hotel during the overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Welcoming late-arriving guests and handling check-ins/check-outs
Conducting regular security checks and ensuring guest safety
Responding to guest requests and handling enquiries overnight
Setting up breakfast or event spaces for the following day
Monitoring the premises and reporting any maintenance issues
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
A calm and professional approach with excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
