Respond to seizures, behaviours, or medical concerns quickly and calmly. Provide personal care sensitively when needed. Maintain routines and safety checks across the home. Record night events and hand over clearly to the day team. What We're Looking For: We're searching for people who bring steadiness, professionalism, and reliability to the night shift: Experience working with autism and behaviours that challenge. Willingness to train in epilepsy and diabetes care. Calm and professional when faced with aggression or difficult language. Physically fit and alert during long shifts. Resilient, reliable, and team-focused.
