Night Support Worker
Location: Doncaster
Part-Time: 21 hours per week-with lots of over time opportunities
Salary: £15,471 plus £2,707 all-inclusive allowance.

We're searching for dedicated, compassionate night owls to join our incredible team of Waking Night Support Worker across Doncaster. What you'll be doing as a Night Support Worker:
Be a steady presence during the night - offering emotional support, reassurance, and safety when it's needed most.
Help young people navigate their fears and emotions with patience and understanding.
Promote healing and stability, giving children the secure environment they need to grow and thrive.
Work with a passionate team that believes in second chances and brighter futures.
As a Support Worker we are looking for you to be:
Naturally calm, compassionate, and resilient - someone kids can trust.
A confident communicator and positive role model.
Open to working flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Experience working with children or young people - or transferable skills from care, education, or support roles.
