Night Shift CNC / CAD Programmer (Permanent)
Location: Rugby
Salary: Up to £50,000 basic + overtime (OTE up to £56,000)
Shift: Straight Nights – 46 hours over 4 nights

What You’ll Be Doing
* Programming and setting CNC machines, with or without CAD models
* Working primarily on 3-axis and 4-axis machines (XY2 and Leadwells)
* Using Siemens controls (essential)
* Fusion 360 experience desirable (but not essential)
* Taking full ownership of jobs from programming through to completion
* Carrying out your own quality checks
* Supporting breakdowns and urgent turnaround work
* Producing high-precision components for food & beverage, energy, automotive, and aerospace sectors
* Contributing ideas for continuous improvement in a fast-moving shop
