About the Role
As Hygiene Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving hygiene practices across the site, ensuring compliance with both manufacturing standards and customer requirements. This is a night-shift position, providing stability and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage day-to-day hygiene activities and systems.
* Ensure hygiene standards are met and continuously improved.
* Lead, train, and develop the hygiene team.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance hygiene processes.
* Implement technical strategies in line with business and customer needs.
* Lead audits and visits, ensuring best practices are standardised and upheld.
What You’ll Need:
* Proven experience of managing and leading a hygiene team within a food manufacturing environment
* Self-motivated, with a hands-on approach.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience of budget management and reporting
* Experience of managing waste segregation and recycling services
