Shift: 12 hours, continental.

But this isn’t your usual firefighting gig. We’re not looking for someone to just get through the night. We want someone who can make the night shift better.
Here’s the thing: you’ll be the one holding the fort while everyone else sleeps.
That means you’re responsible for everything - people, product, performance, the lot.
The team you’ll lead? Good people. Hard workers. They know their stuff.
What they need is someone who’s calm under pressure, steady on decisions, and not afraid to get stuck in.
You’ll spend your time keeping production on track, solving the occasional “why is this machine making that noise?” mystery, and spotting ways to make life easier and safer for your team.
And yes, you’ll do some coaching, a bit of developing, and probably a fair bit of hand-holding. Because nights can be tough and good leadership matters even more when there’s no one else around.
This is a fast paced, short shelf-life site, so standards are sky-high. You’ll need experience running production in a similar environment - chilled, ready-to-eat, bakery, dairy… you get the idea.
