NIGHT SHIFT WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE GOODS OUT - PERMANENT - BASED THETFORD - STARTING SALARY SALARY £33,440 + BONUS - (EARNING POTENTIAL UPTO £40,000) THIS WILL THEN INCREASE AFTER YOUR PROBATIONARY PERIOD - MONDAY TO FRIDAY - 4PM TO 2AM (45 MIN BREAK)
Job description
Our client are looking to recruit a motivated and experienced warehouse worker, for its growing night shift operation in Thetford area. Previous night shift experience is ideal but not essential. This is a physical role requiring good levels of fitness and strength. The ability to work as part of a team and as an individual is also very important. High levels of attention to detail are a must and all applicants will be required to read well, due to manual pick tickets.
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
· Group order picking
· Individual order picking
· Storing and rotation of stock
· Warehouse and yard cleaning
· Loading and unload of vehicles
· Breaking down and checking of deliveries
Forklift truck and Bendi (Aisle Master) experience, and in date certification is advantageous but not essential. All entrants require a full UK driving license.
Hours of work
16:00 – 02:00 Monday to Friday including a 45 minute paid break.
Salary + Bonus Schemes:
Nights probation only 0- 3 months £33,440.00
Completed probation – No FLT licence £33,900.00
Completed probation 1 FLT Licence £34,400.00
Completed probation 2 FLT Licence £34,900.00
