Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated waking night Residential Support Worker to join a lovely children's service in Lymington. The role comes with a great salary and development opportunities and the chance to work for a provider that values and supports their staff.
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing assistance to children with learning disabilities, including ensuring their well-being and promoting their independence. Responsibilities
* Provide direct support to children and individuals, assisting with daily activities and personal care.
* Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of each child or client.

* Assist with educational activities and encourage participation in social interactions.
* Maintain accurate records of progress and any changes in behaviour or health.
* Accompany the children on trips and leisure activities

Qualifications

* Familiarity with IT systems for record keeping and reporting is an advantage.
