Night Transport Supervisor
Location: Warrington
Salary: £37,000
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Nights)

We are currently seeking a Night Transport Supervisor to join a fast-paced and dynamic transport operation based in Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced transport professional looking to take the next step in a leadership role within a time-critical, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  * Manage driver and team performance, ensuring all shift KPIs are consistently achieved

  * Oversee operational and resource planning to maintain efficient service delivery

  * Ensure full O Licence compliance and adherence to all legal requirements

  * Maintain strict Health and Safety standards across all operations

  * Support the Contract Manager with driver recruitment, inductions, and ongoing training where required

  * Assist with investigations and performance management processes

  * Handle regular customer interactions professionally and effectively

  * Complete detailed shift reports and ensure smooth operational handovers

About You

  * Proven experience managing drivers, ideally within large-scale retail or logistics operations

  * Strong attention to detail with a proactive and organised approach

  * Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in a fast-moving environment

  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  * CPC (Transport Manager) qualification desirable
