Nights Production Line Leader
Fenland
Up to £31,000
Monday - Friday
Are you an experienced Production Line Leader or Supervisor looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you to step into a thriving food manufacturing company that's on the rise.
In this role, you'll join a stable and well-organised environment that's expanding and requires additional management support. Reporting to the Nights Production Shift Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team, ensuring that all production activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership to a small operation team, ensuring clear communication and effective supervision
Oversee the day-to-day activities of your production area, making sure all tasks are completed to a high standard
Uphold stringent Health & Safety and quality standards, ensuring compliance across all operations
Use your excellent communication skills to liaise with various departments and ensure seamless operations
Utilise your organisational skills and initiative to solve problems and drive continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
Proven track record in a similar role within the FMCG or food manufacturing sector
Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop a team effectively
Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships at all levels within the organisation
Excellent at planning and executing tasks both independently and as part of a team
