NIGHTS TRANSPORT COORDINATOR - TAMWORTH
Based in Tamworth
4 on 4 off shift pattern | 19:00-07:00 or 21:00-09:00

The Best Connection Tamworth are currently recruiting for Nights Transport Coordinators on behalf of our well-established client based in Tamworth.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced transport office, providing key operational and customer service support to drivers and clients across the UK.
The Role:
Providing a consistently high level of customer service to all clients
Responding promptly and professionally to customer and driver requests
Allocating jobs and plan driver schedules to meet agreed SLAs
Maintaining continuous communication between drivers and customers throughout the delivery process
Costing and pricing jobs accurately for both customer and driver
Handling live customer issues or complaints in a professional manner
Ensuring full awareness of real-time driver and vehicle availability
Working collaboratively with the transport team to maximise efficiency and profitability
Shift Pattern:
4 on 4 off
Nights - 19:00-07:00 or 21:00-09:00
What We're Looking For:
Previous transport office or planning experience preferred
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and transport systems
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
Professional approach with strong customer focus
