Job Description
DCT Recruitment is seeking a Non-Contentious Commercial Solicitor (0–3 years PQE) to join a forward-thinking legal team in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded solicitor to join a progressive legal environment supporting a range of clients, from high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs to established UK and international businesses.
We are looking for someone with a passion for commercial law, keen to grow within a dynamic team focused on delivering practical, strategic advice.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising clients on a wide range of commercial contracts, including shipping, aviation, general logistics, and finance and banking agreements.
Supporting the Head of Corporate Transactions with commercial due diligence and contract reviews.
Providing guidance on data protection, compliance, and regulatory matters.
Drafting clear, practical, and commercially sound documentation tailored to individual client needs.
Building and maintaining trusted relationships with high-profile clients to support their ongoing business operations and growth.
Requirements:
0–3 years’ PQE in non-contentious commercial law.
Excellent drafting skills with a sharp eye for detail.
Commercially astute and able to deliver advice aligned with client goals.
Ambitious, proactive, and driven to contribute to a high-performing team.
Outstanding interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
