Role Overview
We are currently seeking a Non-Working COSS to support our Leaf Fall operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the rail scrubber and supervising operatives carrying out brush cutting and strimming activities, ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with industry standards.
Shift Pattern
* Early Shift: 05:00 - 13:00
* Late Shift: 14:00 - 22:00
* Working 7 days per week with rostered days off
Paid Hours
* Midweek: 8 hours paid
* Weekends: 9 hours paid
Pay Rates
* £19.00 per hour (Midweek)
* £20.00 per hour (Weekend)
Essential Requirements
* Valid COSS Certification
* Full UK Driving Licence (held for a minimum of 2 years)
* Strong commitment to safety and operational standards
* Previous rail industry experience preferred
