Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced and is looking for a Team Manager (TM) for Safeguarding Team in Northamptonshire's Children's Trust.
Job Title: Team Manager - Safeguarding Team
Pay Rate: £42 per hour
Location: One Angel Square, Northampton NN1 1ED
Hours: 37 hours per week
Working Style: Hybrid - Minimum 3 days per week office-based
Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Team Manager essential

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to join our Safeguarding Team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring effective safeguarding practices, and leading with confidence and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and supervise the Safeguarding Team to ensure effective safeguarding practices are in place.
Provide professional guidance and support to social workers and other team members.
Manage complex casework and ensure that children's welfare is the highest priority.
Ensure compliance with statutory safeguarding standards, policies, and procedures.
Work collaboratively with partner agencies to safeguard children at risk.
Ensure that all reports and assessments are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Supervise and mentor staff, providing opportunities for professional development.Essential Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Safeguarding Team at a managerial level.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
In-depth knowledge of child protection legislation and safeguarding standards.
A social work qualification and HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) registration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to handle complex and sensitive cases in a professional manner.Benefits:
