Eden Brown Synergy have an exciting new opportunity in Nottingham City Council for Team Manager to join the MASH Team.
Location: Loxley House Nottingham NG2 3NG - Please note this role is office based.
Duties as a MASH Social Worker:
* You'll be part of a highly skilled, supportive, and driven management team, united by a shared commitment to protecting children and supporting families.
* Leading with Impact: Guide a team of dedicated Social Workers who respond to concerns at the earliest opportunity, ensuring children receive the protection and support they need.
* Driving Collaboration: Work closely with partners across health, police, education, and other agencies to make timely, informed decisions.
* Fostering Growth: Provide regular supervision, reflective practice, and a strong focus on professional development.
* Championing Excellence: Shape good practice, drive performance, and keep children at the centre of every decision.
Your Role as MASH Team Manager
* Oversee the triage and assessment of safeguarding referrals.
* Ensure decisions are timely, proportionate, and always child-focused.
* Develop your team's confidence and capability through coaching, supervision, and performance management.
* Collaborate with senior leaders and partners to continuously improve service delivery.
What You'll Bring
* We're looking for someone who is:
* A qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
* Experienced in MASH or similar fast-paced front door services (ESSENTIAL).
* A confident, compassionate leader with a proven ability to manage teams and drive performance.
* Skilled in multi-agency working and thrives in a dynamic environment.
* Committed to strengths-based, child-centred practice.
Additional Requirements
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Qualifications:
* Qualification in Social Work
* Registered with Social Work England.
* Enhanced DBS
