NPD Manager – Food Manufacturing
Location: Greater London / Hertfordshire area
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + benefits
We’re working with a well-established food manufacturer, specialising in premium meat products supplied to major retailers, foodservice, and wholesale customers. This is a small but ambitious company where your work will have real visibility and impact.

* Take full ownership of the NPD process, from idea to launch.
* Lead a capable, hands-on team and make your mark on how NPD is run.
* Work closely with customers – shaping products to suit their needs and building long-term relationships.

About You
We’re looking for someone with:
* A background in food manufacturing (meat experience a bonus).
* Experience managing the NPD process and projects from concept to launch.
* The ability to lead a team while still being involved in the day-to-day detail.
* Creativity and passion for food development, backed up by a practical and organised approach.
* A valid driving licence, as occasional travel may be required.
