I'm partnering with a brilliant chilled food manufacturer who are seeking an NPD Manager to own and drive the innovation pipeline for a successful, fast-growing business.
* £40-50k
* North Wales
* Mon-Fri 7-4pm

What You’ll Do

Build and manage the NPD and EPD (existing product development) pipeline.
*
Research market trends and competitor launches to guide creative concepts.
*
Develop and cost recipes, oversee nutritional calculations, and coordinate packaging and artwork approvals.
*
Maintain supplier relationships, ensuring ingredient quality, safety, and compliance.
*
Manage product launches from trial to production, including critical-path timelines and pre-launch meetings.
