What will you do as an NPD Manager
* Development & launch wellness products
* Drive concept development, feasibility studies, testing to scale up activities
* Overseeing technical aspects of product formulation, prototyping, testing, validation
* Monitor product performance post launch, collate feedback
* Manage compliance, regulatory requirements, packaging and quality standards
* Ensure CCP plans complete and accurate
What will you need as an NPD Manager
* Worked in product innovation management, ideally within the food or drinks sector
* Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or Nutrition
* Knowledge of EFSA compliance, as well as knowledge of FSA regulations
* Happy to be based on site 3 days a week
