Job Description
This role IS NOT FULLY REMOTE - Requires 2 days on site at one of their manufacturing sites across the UK. Drivers license required.
My client, one of the leading Food Manufacturers in the UK, are looking to recruit a NPD Project Executive to join their growing and expanding business. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s looking to take the next step in their career and build on existing project management experience. You’ll be working closely with the Head of Project Management, supporting the delivery of both NPD and EPD projects.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow in a supportive environment, get exposure to a wide range of projects, and make a real difference to the way products are delivered. You’ll be joining a collaborative team where your ideas will be valued, and your career development supported. If you enjoy keeping projects on track, analysing data, and working with a variety of stakeholders across the business, this could be a great fit for you.
What the role involves:
* Supporting the full project lifecycle across NPD and EPD projects.
* Managing and maintaining accurate project data, spotting gaps and resolving issues.
* Creating and refreshing weekly dashboards to report KPIs.
* Keeping project systems (SharePoint) up to date and easy to navigate.
* Helping teams use the Stage Gate process effectively – delivering training and sharing best practice where needed.
* Working cross-functionally to hold stakeholders accountable and ensure deadlines are met.
What I’m looking for:
* Around 1–2 years’ experience in project management or supporting projects.
* Knowledge of project processes such as Stage Gate
* Confident using Excel and handling data
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* A proactive approach, with the ability to problem-solve and keep momentum in a fast-paced environment.
