Job Description
I am currently partnered with an established bespoke food manufacturer known for their commitment to quality and creativity. They’re seeking a hands-on, enthusiastic NPD Technologist to join thei growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in food development or production who enjoys working across both the creative and technical sides of bringing new products to life.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting the NPD team in developing and improving products from concept to launch.
*
Splitting your time between the development kitchen and production environment.
*
Preparing and managing samples, trials, and testing sessions.
*
Collaborating with production, process, and packaging teams to ensure smooth scale-up.
*
Assisting with QA checks, documentation, and process improvements.
*
Liaising with internal stakeholders and contributing to regular team meetings.
*
Playing an active role in the ongoing development of the site and its capabilities.
What we’re looking for:
*
1–3 years’ experience in NPD, food technology, or a related role.
*
A relevant food science or technical qualification (e.g. NVQ, diploma, or degree).
*
Strong attention to detail with a practical, proactive approach.
*
Confident communicator who works well across teams.
*
Organised and adaptable, able to balance multiple projects.
