I am collaborating with a bespoke, award-winning business on a brilliant NPD Technologist vacancy for their innovation team! This is a great opportunity for someone with a real passion for food and flavour to join a fast-growing business, where you will have real creative autonomy over your work.
The Role:
You'll be right at the heart of the NPD team, developing standout new products from first idea to final launch. From trend-spotting and recipe creation to factory trials and packaging checks — you’ll bring creativity and precision to every step of the process.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Developing and refining recipes to wow their customers
* Turning trend research into delicious product concepts
* Working closely with production, marketing & technical teams
* Managing specs, coordinating samples, and supporting product launches
* Bringing passion and innovation to every tasting panel and trial
About You:
* Experienced in a professional kitchen, bakery, or food development setting
* Obsessed with food, trends, and product perfection
* Confident scaling recipes and working cross-functionally
* Super organised with solid Excel skills and attention to detail
* A natural team player with a proactive, hands-on approach
