An excellent opportunity has arisen for a junior employment solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) to join a leading Cardiff practice, recognised in the Legal 500 for its strength and depth in employment law.

You will become part of a highly regarded, experienced and supportive team, working closely alongside senior lawyers within a collaborative office-based environment that is focused on learning, development and delivering high-quality client service.

The Role

This is an ideal opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or those in the early stages of their career to gain exposure to a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

The role is office-based, providing invaluable day-to-day access to an experienced team, enabling hands-on training, mentoring and close client involvement from the outset.

Candidate Profile

Newly Qualified to 2 years' PQE in employment law (or with a strong seat in employment)
Solid technical grounding and a keen interest in developing a career in employment law
Strong communication and client-facing skills
A proactive and team-oriented approach
A genuine enthusiasm to learn and progress within a top-ranked team
