Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a well-regarded firm who are looking for an NQ Construction Solicitor to join their team in Manchester.
Your responsibilities will include:
Prepare, review, and amend standard form and bespoke construction agreements.
Provide legal guidance on project risks, contract terms, and compliance.
Assist with resolving disputes, including adjudications and court proceedings.
Support transactional teams with construction input on developments.
Carry out legal research and contribute to client updates.The successful candidate:
Qualified Solicitor with construction experience during training.
Clear communicator with strong drafting and organisational skills.
Proactive, commercially minded, and eager to develop expertise in the field.
Team-oriented with a professional and adaptable approach.
