Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a well-regarded firm who are looking for an NQ Private Client Solicitor to join their team in Manchester.
Your responsibilities will include:
Draft and advise on wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney.
Support in estate administration, including probate applications and tax reporting.
Provide clear advice on inheritance tax, succession planning, and asset protection.
Assist with lifetime planning and wealth structuring for individuals and families.
Liaise with clients, executors, and third parties to progress matters efficiently.The successful candidate:
Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client law.
Strong understanding of wills, probate, and tax planning principles.
Excellent communication and client care skills.
Detail-focused with good drafting and organisational ability.
Personable, discreet, and committed to developing expertise in private client law.
