A well-established law firm with a national client base is currently looking to recruit a Paralegal with solid conveyancing experience or a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their specialist Property team focused on the housing and regeneration sector. About the Role
You’ll be joining the home ownership team, handling a variety of property transactions for social housing clients. This includes matters like shared ownership sales, lease extensions, auction disposals, right-to-buy cases, and more. Key Responsibilities

Managing a diverse caseload of residential and social housing property matters
*
Advising on non-contentious legal issues in the property sector
*
Liaising with clients, other legal teams, and third parties
*
Contributing to departmental goals, training, and mentoring
*
Ensuring regulatory compliance and performance tracking
*
Assisting with internal process improvements and knowledge sharing
*
Supporting business development efforts, including events and tender submissions
What We’re Looking For
Essential Criteria:

SRA or CILEx qualified, or significant paralegal experience in conveyancing or housing property
*
Hands-on experience with residential sales and purchases
*
Strong knowledge of UK property law
*
Capable of independently managing files and hitting fee targets
*
Exceptional client service skills and sound professional judgement
*
Solid IT skills and familiarity with case management systems
*
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused
*
Strong verbal and written communication
*
A team player aligned with the firm’s core values
Desirable:

Experience working with Housing Associations or within a Home Ownership team
