This role will be within our Demand management and network infrastructure team.  We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.  Want to be a part of it? What will you be doing?   You'll liaise with customers to ensure works are delivered and work closely with the operational department to ensure works are delivered as planned & programmed.   You'll build strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders based on integrity & trust and have detailed knowledge of the new roads and street works act (NRSWA).   You'll raise correct permitting via Street Manager and access Traffic Management drawings correctly and accurately to ensure compliant working & NRSWA requirements.   We'll need you to have strong communication skills to deliver customer & operational excellence along with having an understanding of the Water Industry Regulation and working compliantly within a regulated industry.   You'll deliver work allocated to ensure productivity to achieve targets and goals as specified by our client and optimises operational external dig teams’ performance.   This is a hybrid role. You'll work 2 days in the office & 3 days working from home as a minimum. What you’ll bring  Do you have the ability to negotiate and manage stakeholders? Do you have proven IT skills & ability to learn systems required to deliver planned activities? Are you someone with strong communication skills & ability to communicate at all levels?
