Night Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Care Home

🩺 Key Responsibilities
  
Lead your shift with positivity, professionalism, and compassion 
Create a warm, safe, and supportive environment for residents and colleagues 
Assess, plan, and deliver person-centred care tailored to individual needs 
Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for all residents 
Monitor health and wellbeing, administer medications, and maintain accurate records 
Develop and implement comprehensive care plans 
Continuously learn and adapt to deliver the highest standards of care  👤 About You Personal Qualities  
Warm, approachable, and friendly 
Positive outlook with a genuine passion for elderly care 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Knowledge & Qualifications  
Valid NMC Registration 
Evidence of ongoing professional development 
Strong understanding of person-centred care  Skills & Experience  
Ability to confidently lead and manage a night shift 
Experience in dementia and/or end-of-life care 
Skilled in building positive working relationships 
Competent with electronic care planning systems (PCS desirable)
