The home encourages independence, creativity, and comfort-residents can decorate their rooms, pursue hobbies, and enjoy a peaceful sensory garden. With a strong CQC rating and a compassionate team, this is a place where both staff and residents flourish.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care

Manage medications safely and in line with regulations
Champion resident wellbeing and safeguard their welfare
✅ What We're Looking For
NMC-registered Nurse with a valid pin
Strong understanding of nursing standards and the NMC code
Experience in person-centred care planning
Leadership skills and a mentoring mindset
Passion for making a meaningful difference in residents' lives
