As an RGN Unit Lead Nurse, you will:
Assess and provide health supervision and direct nursing care.
Evaluate social and health care needs of new clients and conduct ongoing assessments.
Maintain and complete client care plans in collaboration with clients, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
Administer prescribed medications and document them according to guidelines.
Supervise and mentor junior staff, offering guidance and support.
Attend mandatory training sessions and courses.
