Salary: Apprenticeship wage (in line with age and national minimum wage)
Contract Type: Full Time Apprenticeship
Are you enthusiastic, caring, and eager to start a career in childcare? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Nursery Apprentice in Maldon, where you’ll gain hands-on experience while studying towards a recognised early years qualification.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the team in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.

Assist with daily routines, creative play, and learning activities.
*
Help with mealtimes, personal care, and keeping the nursery environment welcoming.
*
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
*
Learn and apply the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework in practice.

Willingness to learn and complete training and assessments.

The applicant:
* Classroom experience or training is an advantage but not essential

* Will adhere to professional education guidelines
* Be committed to the school’s objectives and their ethos by following school policies such as behaviour
* Must be reliable and responsible with good time management skills
