Location: Brighton
Position: Full-time, Apprenticeship (30 hours per week)
Salary: £7.55 per hour (dependent on age and experience)
Start Date: Immediate or negotiable

Are you passionate about working with young children and eager to start a rewarding career in early years' education? We're recruiting a Childcare Apprentice who can support our vision and help create a truly outstanding early years experience for our children.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing and curious learning environment, where you'll work as part of a dedicated team to support the nursery's growth into a truly fascinating setting. While gaining hands-on experience, you'll also study towards a Level 3 Childcare qualification.
Your new role
Assisting in the planning and delivery of fun, engaging activities
Supporting children's emotional and physical development
Helping to maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Observing and recording children's progress
Contributing to a nurturing atmosphere that encourages curiosity and exploration
Studying to obtain your Level 3 Childcare qualification
What you'll need to succeed
A genuine passion for working with children
Experience with children aged 0-5 years preferred but not essential.
Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and engagement skills with children, families, and colleagues
No formal qualifications required - just a commitment to learning and growing
