Empowering Learning are looking to recruit nursery assistants, who want flexible work and are happy to do supply work. It maybe you are in between jobs, looking for something flexible or at the start of your career - we would like to hear from anyone that is interested in working within Didcot or the South Oxfordshire area to do flexible teaching assistant work.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to gain classroom experience and support the learning journey of students. As a supply teaching assistant , you will:

Assist the class teacher.
Be in control of your working week
Gain experience in a variety of different settings
Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.
Support students in completing tasks and maintaining their focus.
What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience working with children or young people in a school or similar setting.
Will work in both nursery and primary school settings
Who wants to help schools and students alike, to achieve their goals
Someone who wants to work with different schools and embrace each day as their best day
Is confident in managing groups of students across various year groups and subjects.
Has some experience working within a school setting
