Salary: £14.25 - £14.80 per hour

Are you a passionate Nursery Assistant looking for flexible work in a variety of early years settings?
Do you have experience supporting young children in a nursery or childcare environment?
Are you reliable, adaptable and ready to work across different nurseries in Neath?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a range of nurseries across Carmarthen, including private day care centres and Flying Start settings. These nurseries provide welcoming, nurturing environments with a strong focus on child development, play-based learning and supporting children to thrive in safe and engaging spaces.

We are looking for a Nursery Assistant to work on both full-time and part-time opportunities, offering flexible hours to suit your availability. The successful Nursery Assistant will support children across early years age groups, assisting with daily routines, learning activities and ensuring a safe and positive environment for all children.

The successful Nursery Assistant will have:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
• Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
• A positive and proactive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work across different settings
