Nursery Assistant Opportunities – Bracknell, Berkshire & Surrounding Areas

Supply & Long-Term Roles Available | Class Cover

Class Cover are currently seeking caring, reliable and enthusiastic Nursery Assistants to work across Bracknell, Berkshire, United Kingdom and surrounding areas, including Wokingham, Reading, Ascot, Windsor, and Sandhurst.

We have a range of flexible supply opportunities as well as long-term placements, ideal for candidates looking for either variety or stability within early years settings.

Role Overview

As a Nursery Assistant working through Class Cover, you will:

  * Support children aged 0–5 in a safe, nurturing environment

  * Assist with play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework

  * Support daily routines including mealtimes and personal care (where required)

  * Work alongside experienced nursery teams across local settings

  * Help create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment

We Are Looking For:

  * Experience working with early years or nursery-aged children (preferred but not essential)

  * A caring, patient and proactive approach

  * Strong communication and teamwork skills

  * Desirable qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years or Childcare

  * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
