Job Description
ABC Teachers is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Practitioner / Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming nursery in Tamworth, starting from as soon as possible. If you’re passionate about supporting young learners in their first steps of education, we’d love to hear from you.
The role
This role will include:
You’ll work in a supportive nursery setting, helping children aged 0-5 grow and develop through their early years.
Working hours vary between 07:30AM to 18:00 PM, working Monday to Friday each week.
Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver engaging, play-based learning aligned with the EYFS framework.
Support daily routines and activities in a safe, welcoming space that’s part of a reputable nursery group with several locations in the region.

Requirements
Be a confident and a positive influence on a working environment.
Must have previous experience working with in a nursery setting, either private setting or as part of a school setting.
Any applicants for this role must have at least a Level 2 childcare or teaching assistant qualification.
Be willing to commit to full time hours.
Due to the location of the Nursery, succesful candidate will need to be able to drive to the location.
Be able to gain two references from most recent and relevant roles.
Be able to obtain a DBS registered to the update service.
