An established and highly regarded nursery in Chelmsford is looking for an enthusiastic and caring Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their dynamic team. We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential).
Has recent experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
Demonstrates a genuine passion for providing the highest standards of care and education.
Understands and implements the EYFS framework confidently.
Has excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Is proactive, flexible, and works well as part of a team.
Holds an Enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or willing to apply for one).
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Delivering high-quality care and early years education to children aged 0-5 years.
Planning and leading engaging activities to support all areas of development.
Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children feel secure and happy.
Observing and assessing children’s progress to inform next steps in learning.
Building positive partnerships with parents and carers, sharing achievements and updates.
Ensuring all safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed diligently.
