YateAs a Nursery Assistant, you will help to create a fun and nurturing environment, supporting the developmental needs of children aged 4 months to 5 years old in your care. You will work closely with the nursery team to assist in planning activities, ensuring the children's safety, and providing a positive learning experience.
Role overview
Assist in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment for children
Support the daily routine, including mealtimes, nap times, and outdoor playA great Nursery Assistant will have
Previous experience working with young children such as babysitting, childcare, social care, teaching assistant etc
A passion for a career in childcare
A strong understanding of the early years foundation stage (EYFS)
