SANZA Teaching Agency is excited to present an incredible opportunity at a STUNNING, highly coveted nursery in West London boasting expansive gardens, fruit & vegetable orchard, and onsite Forest School - with EXCELLENT PAY determined by experience plus review for salary increase after 12 weeks!
We're recruiting dedicated childcare practitioners and early years specialists to serve as key persons with toddlers in this remarkable nursery environment.
YOUR ROLE
As a childcare professional, you'll be:
Nurturing toddler growth through dynamic indoor and outdoor experiences within our early years setting
Serving as a key person in this exceptional nursery, fostering meaningful bonds with 1-2 year olds and families
Facilitating thrilling Forest School sessions and outdoor explorations across our magnificent nursery site
Designing and implementing developmentally appropriate early years programming that encourages play-based learning
Working alongside the nursery staff to establish a caring and enriching childcare atmosphere for young learners
Assisting children with daily care routines including feeding, rest time, and hygiene within our early years structure
Recording comprehensive observations and evaluations of children development according to early years standardsOUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
We seek someone with authentic passion for early years practice who shows determination when working with lively toddlers in this distinctive outdoor-centred nursery setting.
Required experience and attributes:
Background in childcare environments, especially supporting 1-2 year olds
Authentic enthusiasm for working with children - especially toddlers! in early years environments
Love for outdoor education and Forest School methodologies integrated into childcare delivery
Persistence and optimistic mindset when addressing challenging toddler behaviours in nursery situations
Professional demeanor and caring, supportive character ideal for early years childcare
