Position: Level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioner
Location: Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) | Part-time options available
Shifts: Monday-Friday, between 8am-6pm

👶 About the Role
We're working with a fantastic nursery in Wootton Bassett that's looking for a passionate Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly and supportive team. You'll work with children from babies to preschool age, helping them grow and thrive through engaging, explorative activities-indoors and out!
This nursery embraces outdoor learning and encourages curiosity, independence, and confidence in every child, preparing them not just for school, but for life.
✨ What You'll Be Doing
Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities tailored to each child's interests
Support children's development through observations and progress tracking
Build strong relationships with parents and carers
Collaborate with your team to create a warm, inclusive environment
Promote the nursery's ethos and values every day🧠 What We're Looking For
Essential:
A genuine passion for working with children aged 0-5
Excellent communication and listening skills
A creative, can-do attitude and love for outdoor learning
Willingness to learn and grow through training and teamwork
Ability to handle sensitive information with careDesirable:
Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification
Experience in a nursery or childcare setting
Knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child development
