About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant who is ready for the next challenge as a Deputy Manager to join our friendly and professional team in Dudley. Working closely with the Nursery Manager, you will help lead the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Nursery Manager in the daily running of the nursery.
* Lead and motivate staff, ensuring high standards of care and education.
* Maintain compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, and health & safety requirements.
* Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the local community.
* Deliver and monitor an engaging EYFS curriculum that meets the needs of all children.
About You:
* Minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
* Previous supervisory or management experience in an early years setting.
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* A genuine passion for early years education.
