Our welcoming nursery in Telegraph Hill is seeking a dedicated and passionate Baby Room Leader to join our team. As a Baby Room Leader in our nursery, you will take responsibility for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for babies. You will work closely with your team to plan engaging activities, support individual learning, and build strong relationships with parents and carers. The role requires excellent leadership skills, creativity, and a genuine passion for childcare.
The successful candidate will be part of our nursery’s leadership team and will ensure that high standards of care and education are maintained within the baby room. You will support and guide nursery practitioners, ensuring that every child in the baby room receives the best possible start in life.
Key Details:
* Location: Nursery in Telegraph Hill
* Position: Baby Room Leader
* Hours: 40 hours per week
* Shifts: 8-hour shifts between 07:30 – 18:15
* Salary: Up to £32,000 per year
