Responsibilities

Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare and education.
Experience & Requirements
Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
A background in early childhood education or related fields is advantageous.
The ability to manage groups of children effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
A genuine passion for childcare and a commitment to fostering children's growth and development.
Flexibility to work on short notice and adapt to different nursery environments.
Be able to travel to Ongar and surrounding areas.
Understanding of safeguarding policies and health & safety regulations.
Ability to work independently while supporting permanent staff in their duties.
