Are you an experienced childcare professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Deputy Manager to join our well-established nursery in Kilburn Park. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is committed to delivering the highest standards of early years care and education.

As our Nursery Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure the smooth daily running of the setting, supporting both staff and children. This is a supernumerary role, meaning you will not be room-based, allowing you to focus on leadership, quality improvement, compliance, and staff development.
The successful Nursery Deputy Manager will have excellent leadership and organisational skills, strong knowledge of the EYFS, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. You will also play a key role in maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Nursery Deputy Manager or Room Leader
* Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
* Excellent understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Passion for supporting staff and delivering outstanding childcare
