Deputy Manager – Job Specifics:
• Salary: up to £32,000
• Hours: 40 hours over 4 or 5 days
• Holiday: 28 days

A friendly, family-orientated nursery in Wimbledon is looking for a confident and passionate Deputy Manager to join their leadership team. This well-established setting, caring for 52 children across 3 rooms, is known for its fun, supportive atmosphere and extended learning approach through Montessori principles and Forest School experiences. If you're an experienced Deputy Manager seeking a warm environment with genuine progression, this could be the perfect next step.
Deputy Manager – What They’re Looking For:
✔ Level 3 or above in Early Years
✔ Strong leadership experience and great communication skills
✔ Confident supporting the 2–3s or 3–4s age groups
✔ Ability to guide, mentor and inspire a team of 12
✔ Passionate about delivering high-quality childcare and education
About the Setting:
• 52 children on roll
• 3 well-resourced rooms

• Many staff have their own children in the nursery
• Strong focus on CPD – including Level 3 Leadership and Level 5 Management training
