Hours: 8:00am–5:00pm or 9:00am–6:00pm | Days: Monday to Friday

We’re working with a warm and vibrant nursery based in the heart of Tower Hamlets, and they’re looking for a dynamic and committed Deputy Nursery Manager to join their passionate team. 🧸 What You’ll Be Doing
As the Nursery Deputy Manager, you will:

Support the daily running of the nursery alongside the Manager
*
Help lead and inspire a team of educators to deliver exceptional care and learning
*
Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for all children
*
Oversee planning and delivery of fun, engaging activities in line with EYFS
*
Support children with personal care, routines, and development milestones
*
Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers
*
Maintain accurate administrative records and ensure compliance with safeguarding and health & safety policies
*
Act as a role model to junior staff and promote professional development across the team
✅ About You
To be considered, you’ll need:
* A Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years or Childcare
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Previous experience in a senior or room leader role (Deputy experience desirable)
* A positive, proactive and professional approach to your work
* Sound understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
* A clear Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
* The right to work in the UK
